The News Directors at FOX Television in New York wanted to show viewers the horrendous conditions divers had to endure during the rescue and recovery efforts which followed the flight 800 disaster. They needed to gather footage, both topside AND below, for broadcast that evening. At a moments notice, AVATAR Productions was able to have a boat waiting for the FOX personnel, as well as a fully equipped, expert dive team with underwater video gear.The resulting footage was extraordinary...

After the dive, our crew had the cameras turned on them and were asked to give their impressions of what it was like.
